Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 2+ years of expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Account/Community Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
● Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media profiles/accounts across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
● Create engaging, innovative, and platform-specific content in collaboration with the creative team.
● Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
● Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing.
● Handle client communications related to digital/social strategies and performance.
● Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, and performance marketing) to deliver integrated campaigns.
Pre Requisites:

● 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketinng and Social Media Management.
● Strong expertise in account/profile handling and community engagement.
● Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
● Hands-on experience in social media analytics and reporting.
● Ability to craft data-driven strategies for brand growth.
● Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
● Creative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
