Job Description

Appiness Interactive is seeking a creative and strategic Content Writer with 1–5 years of experience in creating high-impact content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with B2B clients across different domains, strong social media writing skills, and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences and brand voices. Experience with platforms like Reddit and stakeholder interaction is a strong plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and original content for social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Reddit.
  • Write and manage blog posts, long-form articles, website content, case studies, and email newsletters.
  • Interact directly with B2B clients to understand requirements, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop content for clients across multiple domains (IT, SaaS, marketing, lifestyle, corporate, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
  • Adapt messaging for different platforms, audiences, and funnel stages.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights
  • Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency across all content deliverables.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content while managing multiple projects.

Pre Requisites:

  • 1–5 years of experience as a Content Writer / Social Media Content Writer.
  • Proven experience handling B2B clients and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong writing experience across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
  • Good understanding of SEO, hashtags, keywords, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or IT/SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, content scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Reddit community guidelines and content strategy.
  • Exposure to campaign planning and brand storytelling
