Project Manager | Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as a key facilitator in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching the development team on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions to review progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, taking necessary measures to address any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards, maintaining documentation and reporting as required.
•  Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the project management domain.
