Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and possess a strategic mindset to attract, source, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in growing the company by finding the best candidates to fit both the job roles and company culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to actively source high-quality candidates for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions, keeping in contact with potential future hires.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and attract candidates by positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) regarding candidate status and recruitment metrics.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary discussions, benefits packages, and onboarding timelines.
